Remote Medical Assessment (£79) includes clinician review and a telephone or video consultation where appropriate. If an in-person assessment is clinically indicated, this will be discussed separately. Each request is assessed to determine the most suitable care pathway. If your symptoms suggest an urgent or emergency condition, you will be advised to seek immediate medical attention.
