Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel the appointments/services you have booked with us. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to amend or cancel your appointment. This is so that we can open up the booking times for others. Please note that for appointments/services cancelled within 48 hours of the booked time the deposit is non-refundable. For appointments/services cancelled within 24 hours of the booked time (as well as missed appointments), 100% of the fee will be charged.
