Are there any side effects?

Like all medications, you may experience side effects, most of which are mild and typically diminish over a few weeks. Common side effects include gastrointestinal issues (nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, vomiting), fatigue, and headache. Less common side effects may include lightheadedness, flatulence, and injection site reactions. Rarely, serious side effects like pancreatitis or allergic reactions may occur. If you experience severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, facial/lip/tongue swelling or abdominal pain, seek immediate medical help.
